Replacement Electric Motor Coats Rim Clamp w/ Plug In Harness

New 1 HP replacement electric motor for Coats Rim Clamp tire changers. These motors bolt directly on to the factory bracket and connects to factory harness. No need to wrestle with modifying wires, cutting cables, crimping terminals or viewing a diagram. Simple plug in play. When replacing electric motors we recommend replacing the forward / reverse switch at the same time. However, a more economical grey switch works just a good at the premium switch.

Common cause of failures are power spikes and reverse switch damage. Workers who feather or continually stomp the turn table pedal rather than using lube or an assist arm will result in shorten life of the motor.

*Please not Marathon is not a OE supplier for any Coats machine. Any time you see a Marathon know that is a aftermarket motor. However our Marathon motor does come with the Coats factory style wire harness. It is a direct plug in play. Other vendors may sell you a Marathon motor however they do not come with the factory wire harness.
